How To Make Lactation Boosting Bites

Boost your breast-milk supply at breakfast (or any other time of the day)!

If you are a busy breastfeeding momma on the go or simply just breastfeeding and wanting to boost your supply these yummy no bake booby bites are just the thing for you! Give them a go and tell us what you think.


  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • ½ cup ground or milled flaxseed
  • 3 tablespoons brewer’s yeast
  • 1 cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips (optional)


  1. Mix together all ingredients except the chocolate chips in a bowl or with an electric mixer (I find the paddle attachment works best for this job!)
  2. Once you have created a dough-like mixture stir the chocolate chips in by hand. Make sure you spread them throughout the mixture evenly.
  3. Use a tablespoon to measure out the mixture evenly and roll into smooth balls before placing them on a tray covered with parchment paper.
  4. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until set.
  5. Enjoy!
  6. Store the bites in an air-tight container and store them in the refrigerator or freezer for up to 2 weeks.
